The institute is organizing a mega Job Fair on Monday, 11th March 2024. In order to improve students’ soft skills a full day workshop on “Importance of Soft Skills for Career Improvisation” was organized on Thursday, 7th March 2024. Mr. Ajay Shah, former faculty member, Dr. J.J. Magdum College of Engineering, Jaysingpur who worked as Central Training Coordinator for Soft Skills and quantitative aptitude was the facilitator for the workshop. Director Dr. Pallavi Jamsandekar welcomed and felicitated Mr. Shah. Vice Principal Dr. Pratap Desai explained the purpose of the workshop. In the whole day workshop Mr. Shah guided the students on interview attendance, resume writing and communication skills. The workshop was conducted on both offline and online mode. IMRDA, Sangli students attended the workshop in the offline mode. Students from other institutes and colleges of Sangli city, Tasgaon, Ashta, Vita and other parts of Sangli district attended the workshop in an online mode through Microsoft Teams. Head of Computer Application department Dr. Rajendra Pujari gave vote of thanks. Vice Principal Dr. Pratap Desai, Dr. Amarja Nargunde and Dr. Ayesha Mujawar worked as event coordinators.
