A seminar on “Measuring Sustainable development using life cycle assessment” was organized in Chemical Engineering Department on 4th October 2019. Mr. Sachin Nande, Senior Manager, Tata Motors, Engineering Research Center, Pune was the expert for the seminar. He conveyed the idea of the life cycle assessment. He shared his views about wastage of tremendous amount of water, effect of plastic waste on environment, and ending of natural resources with certain examples. At the end felicitation of IIChE student members was done by guest. Ms. Sanskruti has given welcome address and vote of thanks was delivered by Moiz Munshi.
